Home Report

Next step of putting the house on the market - getting a home report. The home report is a legal requirement in Scotland designed to highlight any problems with the house and also provide the mortgage lender with the value of the house.

As expected, the house passed with flying colours. Now it is just a matter of the surveyor writing up the report, us approving it, then we can be on the market!
