Twins

We headed out late this morning to do some grocery shopping and purchase bird seed and other treats for our wildlife friends. It felt good to be out and about, but honestly, it’s incredulous how many people are not masking at this moment in time despite omicron, increased case counts, hospitalizations, the overall burden to our healthcare system. I don’t get it… • The songbirds were out in force today making picture taking both generous and fun. Starlings, Titmice, chickadees, bluejays, woodpeckers, cardinals and these two “twin” male house finches. What a treat, and why they tolerated one another is beyond me, but I was happy for it :) • Enjoy your day/evening, keep joy in your heart, and stay well, blipmates!
