Cookery Books....

.... are one of my favourite reads and at Christmas Mr MD never fails to buy me another.   This year's present was Books 1,2 and 3 by John Kirkwood entitled 'Professional Food Homemade'.   He is a retired chef from the North East and these are his first recipe books.   He was in the catering trade for over 35 years and now shares some of his recipes on YouTube. Well worth a watch.
