Snow capped Pentlands

Not the best day in the world. L is going for her scan this morning. In addition got to work to have a text for J to say she had left her keys in the house and the main lock wasn't on. The cleaner was meant to be dropping her keys off after we parted ways. This meant she could get in the house if she wanted too as the new lock wasn't done. Hopefully she isn't that stupid to get in and do something.

Opened up my emails to find that HR are getting worse. There was another message about Flexi time laying down the law again and tightening up what we can and can't do. We must now have the hours in the bank before taking a day off.
As we can only carry over 5 hours at the end of the month it means you will never be able to have the first of the month off as a flexi and you would have to do 2.5 hours overtime on the first of the month, to get the second off.
Worse for me I was planning on claiming back 3 days holiday as we have booked trips over two months. Now won't be able to claim back the flexi day in the second of those months, as I can't go behind in the hours. Not sure what the plan is but moral is getting worse.
Still can't complain too much as we do get flexi time still and it means up to another 12 days holiday if you plan it right,

I have been meaning to take this photo of the snow on the hills for a while and finally stopped of just before the road bridge to take it tonight. Couldn't quite get in the best place as the bridge moves too much to use the tripod.

Back home to find that the cleaner hadn't dropped the keys off AHHHH!!!!!
