Meeth nature reserve

After cleaning the house from top to bottom (whilst the rain lashed down) I decided to head out to see how impressive the high tide was at Westward Ho. I was an hour early so although quite spectacular I pushed on and joined the Tarka trail to avoid the busy coastal roads. Up to Meeth my bike bell earning its keep notifying many dog exercisers. I joined the A386 near the Bull and Dragon and enjoyed a cross tailwind back home via Merton 42 miles.
