All down now

Spent the day taking down the trimmings and packing them away. I was going to leave the lights and the tree but decided it was too much hassle to bring the big box i pack everything in from the shed then take it back only to do the same next week. So did the lot.

Heard from Kirsty tonight poor lass, she'd had a bath snd when she emptied it the waste pipe had come off and the bath water went down into the kitchen all down the wall under the cooker and washer all over the floor and tripped the electrics in the cupboard anyhow she got a plumber and electrician they came just before 9pm bath waste fixed now but 2 or 3 days to let the kitchen electrics dry out.

Well today started wet and cold and thoroughly miserable but came out lovely around lunchtime and quite mild. Good forecast for tomorrow too.
