Nicolas

My colleague and good friend Nicolas who I worked with for many years. He was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago and has been having chemotherapy. I was shocked to see how thin and weak he is, but it was great to have a chat with him.
I also visited another friend and her family which was lovely!
A good day all in all. Heading to karonga tomorrow!!
