A great theme for Abstract Thursday this week ...... "post processing" ...... thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host this fun challenge :-)

I do enjoy a bit of faffing & fartnarkling ...... the idea of this theme was to end up with an abstract that bears no resemblance to the original image ...... I think I've more than managed that!

Bet nobody can guess what this started life as! ;-))

For those interested: I used a Kaleidoscope effect ..... Polar Coordinates then Posterize.

Extra: An alternative effect (one extra application of polar coordinates)

Update  Mum did make it back to the Home yesterday & is being fussed over & monitored by 'her girls' (as she calls them).
