Morning Run
THURSDAY
After a wet start, the rain soon cleared and I was able to go for a 6 km run up to Norland Moor under blue skies and sunshine. Unfortunately, there was a stiff headwind on all the uphill bits so no records were broken in my time of 35:06.
My new trail shoes - a Christmas present from Harriet and George - were very comfortable and kept my feet warm and dry.
It was unseasonably warm and I sat out in the sunshine in the back garden to cool down afterwards.
It's rained all afternoon.
