Happy New Year!

Buddha is having fun running in the backyard in snow.

I've been taking it easy today. Did a bit of snow shoveling. Finished my puzzle.

Got a call from the boss today. He told me that there might be temporary lay-offs in the future. The negotiations will start next week. It might affect us all or just some. We'll see. I'm not that worried. If it happens it will be temporary. And I wouldn't mind a bit of vacay. 

Today my husband and I have been together 20 years. And of that married 17 years. But as Buddha is afraid of all the banging noises, we'll stay home with him as usual. I already made some pizza and I bought some cheeses and crackers and stuff, so we'll have a nice stay in.
