Kindermobile

This ;Cargoroo; bike had been here for over a week.
I presumed, because of the weather (see Bell) and the holiday period, nobody wanted to hire a bike to cart their stuff around.
I should have noticed the straps, a few minuets latter it rolled by with two kids sitting in it. 
It couldn't have been a random hiring, father and kids had cycle helmets on.
