And so 2021 rolls to an end

In true form for the last two years Mum and I have spent the day in A & E. She fell about 7.15 this morning in the bathroom and has fractured her left wrist - both her radius and ulna so pretty nasty. Been in A & E since about 10 ( it’s now 3.30pm) and waiting to hear if she’s to be admitted or sent home. In spite of it and being in pain she’s been quite cheery but is now looking exhausted. Hope they make a decision soon but not sure if there are any beds available at the moment. Roll on 2022!
