Christmas Dinner

We had to cancel our staff do due to covid, but Christmas Dinner at school still went ahead, albeit in bubbles.  This is the hazelnut pavlova that was the staff pudding - I cannot express to you all how gorgeous it was.  Our school cook is amazing and very talented…..we are so lucky.  Extra is the main we had.  Due to the low number of children in school we had to cancel the big food order we had put in, so instead of turkey we had breaded chicken.  Was still a fantastic plate full though :)
