Blowing

On my walk I came across this piece of tinsel blowing in the wind, didn't get any answers though.  
I have just tried to register my negative LFT result on the government website only to be informed that they don't think it is a genuine result.  I got the kit from a genuine source, so what am I supposed to do?  I hope 2022 is better than 2021!  Have a safe evening.
