Virginia Water Cascade

The last day of the year saw me heading over to Virginia Water for a walk once the rain had cleared, and more shots of the cascade, which was in full spate today.

I first had an inkling that there was a cascade here from a glimpse though the trees as I was driving down the A30 one winter's day to work when I moved into the area over 25 years ago.  Today much of the shrubbery has been cleared back to leave good views of the cascade from the road where this shot was taken.
