Arizona Ick

When it’s grey and rainy over the mountains and you can barely see them from the valley, I’ve always wondered if it looked as bad from up there. Tired of being stuck in the house, I set out in the rain for a drive to Madera Canyon. Please excuse the raindrops on the windshield. I tried to take pictures as quickly as I could between wiper swipes.

Clouds and rain can move in quickly. It’s fairly nice at the moment, mostly sunny. But in +/- 2 hours a thunderstorm is expected with the rain lasting throughout the day.

Can’t wait until the deli opens next week. They’ve been closed for a while because the owners got Covid. I need a decent cup of coffee.
