Offerings

These are the things my (four legged) boy brought to me before abruptly leaving the room to fall asleep: a chipmunk with a squeaky nose and empty tail; a tiny space hopper and a toy stuffed with smoked sausages. He just took them one by one, deposited them in my lap then left.
