Exposed

I was happily spending my new year's eve with my friends. When I came home late in the night and went to bed, I got a message from Koronavilkku, an app that tells if somebody has been exposed to COVID between the 22.12 last year and 1st of 2022.

I got really scared, because I am at risk because of my age. Also I got really worried if I'm carrying COVID that I might have passed it on to my friends. I was shaking in the bed and finally fell asleep after five o'clock in the morning.

I have got support from my family and friends. I don't know how I will cope for the next days. My heart is beating like crazy and I have anxiety.

I have two vaccinations but still. Omicron is spreading here like a bush fire.
