Monkey puzzles

Out on our first jaunt of 2022 we came across this stand of monkey puzzle trees, one of the more famous sights up on Hergest Ridge. The weather on the way up was dull and chilly and we stopped about half way for hot chocolate and Christmas cake. By the time we reached the trees the sun was beginning to come out and it was actually quite warm on the way down. Then it was off to Old Radnor for some more great views, hot chocolate and Christmas cake. A great start to the New Year.
