Well-wishing squirrel

This little black squirrel has been showing up for the past week or two...he's a little shy, but wanted to say he hopes 2022 will be a good year.

Heaven knows we need one.


We enjoyed our company last night, and all of us made it until midnight...and beyond.  There were fireworks all around us, and a family group text from 12 to 1 a.m.  Nice to hear from everyone.
