We both woke up feeling surprisingly alright so we got dressed and headed over to Wendy’s for a new year breakfast.

Unfortunately Gary and Rach have Covid (again) so they couldn’t join us, but it was really nice to see Wendy, Stacey and Simon for the first time in ages. I didn’t eat much of the savoury breakfast course to save room for my sweet waffle course. Delicious.

Home to have a tidy up, have a shower, and eat vegan Camembert. We watched Encanto this evening and I only fell asleep for about 5 minutes of it.
