Hair Spray

G started his day with a 16 mile run and decided a good way to ease his weary legs was to jump in the pool for a New Year’s Day dip and Abigail was up for joining him. He tells me he hasn’t seen anyone in the pool for a few months although they use it all the time in the summer. Water temperature was 70 F so considerably warmer than the North Sea back home where no doubt some hardy people will have had an early morning dip at St Andrews.

Some of Abigail’s friends came to watch so she was keen to have a bit of nonsense which gave me the blip.
