New Years Day 2022

This is the living room this evening after the visitors had gone to bed. Note the decorated tree!

Woke with a bit of a niggling referred pain in my arm which has stuck with me all day. Looking at a nerve map it appears to be my C5 vertebrate. When I slipped a neck disc (years ago) they initially thought it was C7 but I think it turned out to be C4 after I had an MRI.

Hope the pain starts to subside soon. Missed having a walk today which I always do on New Year’s Day.
