it snowed overnight - and during the day - proving there remains - hope after all - which i never doubted - of course and then - for a brief moment - the sun broke - through the clouds - the snow stopped - and i was able - to snap a quick - shot of our first - sunset of the new year - a tradition i’ve come to enjoy - watching abba paint - colorful streaks of glory - across the sky - above the mountains - reminding me he is - in control of all things - on our planet - providing hope for our world -
