parkrun day. Very mild weather. I did not even need to wear gloves.

My lack of running and extra pounds have caught up with me and physically it wasn't a comfortable run.

My head is all over the place too.

Had lunch with the family. It is not easy with multiple people trying to cook in a strange oven. The kitchen is poorly designed which doesn't help.
