New Years Day Pharmacy Shift Lunchtime at Last

A cobbled together salad for a cobbled together day at work, New Year’s Day, working in the Pharmacy Dispensary. Short of staff, much work.

Despite some people not liking beetroot, or olives, it seems, I have prepared a colourful concoction of healthy-ish components which contrast garishly against my scrubs. Not a typical salad, not a typical day. Will it be a typical (Covid-19 themed) year? Let’s see where we go this time.
