Déjà vu

Yet another dreich day. Such a persistent heavy covering of cloud that it never seemed to get light.

Just time to walk round some of the town walls of Berwick before heading for the station, sadly to say goodbye to Lucy who caught the train back to Leeds. On the allotments by the walls, lots of red crab apples still on the tree.

Home to a very quiet, empty flat! But we've enjoyed a lovely family festive season, and hopefully we'll see Tom, Lucy and Angus again before too long.
