Great Spotted Woodpecker. A male as you can see the red line at the back of the neck. Actually when I look at it large I think it is junior with his red splurge on his head fading'.

Christmas has gone back into the loft.  The tablecloth and napkins from yesterday are in the tumble dryer and we will be eating the leftovers for dinner tonight.  Although there was very  little left over. The vegan wellington from M&S was very good and would easily have fed 6 people.
