Epiphany

Today was Epiphany Sunday at Church, both Chris and I were doing readings relating to the story of the kings and their gifts and here you can see they have been added to the crib.

There were very few people in the congregation, more of us in the Choir stalls and at the front conducting the service. 
Never mind we had one of my favourite hymns which is  ‘Brightest and Best’ and also ‘As with Gladness Men of Old’ which I enjoy at this season.

Lovely sunny morning for the walk to church and back but in the early afternoon there was an horrendously wild and windy downpour. Not good for,anyone setting out this morning for a sunny walk. Winter will soon reinstate itself.
