Sunset from afar

Another day inside. Had a better night’s sleep last night and felt better today. But I was duped into a sense of security and I’ve gone downhill again as the day has gone on.
As well as all the other symptoms, I have a dodgy tummy (which I had to look up but is apparently quite common) and am also off my food (unheard of!!!) so suspect am not really getting enough nutrients.

While sis went to pick up the shopping I went back to bed for half an hour. When I got back up the sunset was going on but could only take a shot from the window :-(
