New House Farm

1 Year 287 days of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK/World Vaccine 1yr 25 days ago.  UK restrictions and Overseas travel with restrictions.

We took the Christmas decorations down and stored them away, before settling down to watch the West Brom Albion v Cardiff City FC match on live-stream with eldest son. Cardiff drew 1-1 but were unlucky as the WBA goal was offside - another clanger by match officials!

I only popped out locally to get an aerial view of New House Farm, built in 1636 for Rev Thomas Swift, the grandfather of Jonathan Swift who wrote Gulliver's Travels!  It's on the right with New House Cottage on the left. The Farm is a grade 2 listed building (1953) and sold a few months ago with 17 acres for £1.3million.
