Wrong clothing

I checked the Met Office forecast before going off to play the Last Post at the Canadian Memorial in Oakworth. It. Said a 10% chance of light rain. So I put on my wool
coat, no gloves or hat, and set off.

Big mistake!

It threw it down. A complete change of clothing (including undergarments!) when I got home.

In weather like that it is easy to see how the plane crashed back on the 2 Jan 1944. As ever, lovely to meet the representative of the Canadian Air Force, and I feel honoured to have been able to take part in the Remembrance service.
