Woody says exercise!

Woody heard me say that I made no resolutions and he is very cross!  Says I should always try and set a time for exercise every day!  Not just walking but stretching as he is doing here!  

He is demonstrating in front of the roses that our son gave me when they arrived for Christmas! The red ones are still beautiful!

Woody also pointed out that I hadn't asked him to help with my blips for ages!  again suggesting using him at least once a month would be an excellent resolution for 2022!
