Well I didn't Run, but I did Ride, so technically still RED? 45 minutes of some quite complicated pole work certainly had me out of breath anyway.

After lunch we headed for the end of the tram line and went in search of some Wombles. They were being particularly elusive today, probably scared off by the sheer number of (small) dogs (with big egos) running round the common so we headed for Cannizaro Park, somewhere I'd never been, where the trees have QR codes!

The plan is to go for birthday drinks tomorrow with one of Himself's old school friends. I might duck out, they'll have more fun without me.
