Mindful sketching

A lovely visit from Mum and Dad this morning which was very much appreciated.  Nice to bounce ideas off of Dad (although I think he dreads my ideas) and just to have a nice chat.

Dad has given a home to a Christmas snowman as the current one was feeling outnumbered!  

I had a free online mindful drawing class today too, drawing a dog in charcoal.  Aside from childhood drawings this is my attempt at a dog.

Mr T has been out of sorts today.  He's had a few bad nights and nightmares so has been calling for me.  He needed a nap but when he gets this tired he won't listen to reason and have a nap.  I'm hoping he will be better tonight.
