A break in the clouds - almost mono

Today is Ms birthday, we will be spending it inside, me with Covid and him with a cold.
Tomorrow l can do my first LTF, if that is negative l do one again the following day, if that is negative l am free to go. I feel a fraud really, absolutely no symptoms, l wonder if there is a mistake....
