Blues…..

One of my favourite hydrangeas in our garden. It is very big and has lacecap flowers in differing shades of blue, lilac and pink. All those colours on the same plant. I’ve had a bit of a blue day. It started well with an early walk. Later whilst gardening I tripped over my “Kneeler”landing on a concrete path. Got an enormous haematoma over my left knee due to the impact and also Dabigatron, the anticoagulant I am on. Lovely friend, Cathie drove me to the hospital and picked me up after I had been waiting several hours before being treated. ( The poor staff had a very busy day.) Cathie is a gem of a friend. Anyway my knee is very sore and that has slowed me down. Hence feeling a bit blue. Sigh. Tomorrow the sun will rise…..
