Sunrise at Angkor Wat!

Angkor Wat! The largest Hindu temple complex and the largest religious monument in the world. The temple was built by the king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century.

This place is amazing! I initially thought it was just one area in Siem Reap however the Angkor world heritage site is a large area stretching over 400 km2, including forested area. The area contains remains of the different capitals of the Khmer Empire, from the 9th to the 15th century. The most famous include include Angkor Wat, Ta Phrom (Where Angelina Jolie filmed Tomb Raider) and the Bayon Temple.

We hired a lovely Tuk tuk driver called "Mr. Bunny" for 3 days. We met him at 4.30am and arrived at Angkor Wat to take some snaps!
