Morning Run - Sunrise

MONDAY

I was out of the door and headed uphill on a 4 km into the wind slog to the top of Barkisland and then around the far side of Norland Moor and home. The main blip was taken near the start of the run at 08:45 as the sun was rising above the hillside. The extra was taken at the top of Gallows Pole Hill some 30 minutes later. The rain started as I was within sight of home. It's now grey and miserable outside.

I did the 11.2 km in 1:05:13. Avoiding the muddy paths gave me a faster time  than yesterday
