Red Rocks

Today we had a mostly dry day. The forecast said it's getting colder but I can't say I noticed that. In the afternoon I went to Shaldon and through Smuggler's Tunnel to Ness Beach. I always find that a bit spooky, not in a scary way but as you walk in you may hear voices but you can't see anyone. Are they the voices of people further on or are they echoing back from the 18th century when this tunnel might have been used to bring up the contraband from France.

I had a wander about these rocks by the point by the entrance to Teignmouth Harbour. The tide was coming in but not crashing the rocks hard enough to make a picture I liked. I did like this one I took as I walked back to the tunnel.
