Work-in-Progress
I was in work-from-home mode today, and the Hippie was in the Office. We had a wee chat about it, and I warned her about the townsfolk wandering the streets aimlessly.
My day was reasonably productive considering it is a public holiday. One consequence of that was I had nowhere to escape to for lunch. Given the state of the pandemic in these parts, a wee lunch at home was the safest plan anyway.
In the evening I made a Berber omelette, which I love but have not made for ages. Absence made the heart grow fonder. It is cheap, quick, easy and delicious, so I must make it more often.
