Winter plenty

This afternoon’s haul for our stir fry. Fresh park Choi, radicchio winter new potatoes and a bit of broccoli. Still on the allotment: Brussel sprouts cabbage kale parsnips, swedes and leeks.. purple sprouting on the way. It’s a mistake to believe we can only feed ourselves in the summer months
