Pizza Tray Bake

I'm sure I've Blipped this 13 inch x 13 inch monster before, it's one of the dishes I tend to make on a bank holiday Monday, mostly because it is quite time consuming and it's an added bonus that there's normally enough for the three of us to have a lunch from it too, handy for me as it's back to work for me tomorrow  :o)
