An advantage of being away for Christmas is there are no decorations to take down now, only cards. What started as a bit of a joke has now been going for 26 years. In 1996 himself and I put up the Christmas cards we had given each other the previous year . . . and we're still doing it. Had we known it would go on for so long we both agree we'd have bought better cards :-)
