Best snack in Whole 30
Well, it's January-that means it's Whole 30. It's hard for me because I like snacks and sweets. But that's why it's good for me. I feel like I was a little out of control in December. It resets my eating habits. No sugar, dairy, alcohol, grains, or legumes. So many salads, veggies, fruit, and meats. Breakfast and dinner are fine. During the day I have to have some safe snacks ready to go-that's my weakness.
These are plantains and guac-yummo! No margarita though.
