Temple tour

Another day where every moment could be a blip!
This morning we took a glass bottom boat out and went snorkelling, see Zebedee's blip! It was a 2 hour tour, we saw loads of fish, blue starfish, coral and even jellyfish, our captain got one out of the water and Gulli held it!
We all went snorkelling, it was great fun and lovely to see the Island coastline from the boat with the wonderful mountains with their tops in the clouds.

After lunch we went on a temple tour, we visited 5 temples, it was fascinating and they were all very different, this is the temple where you bless business ventures, it was beautiful, we were all blessed with holy water when we entered by a lovely old lady, she shook the water onto our bowed heads with a little wet brush.

We also visited the sea temple with 500 year old statues on the beach, the turtle temple, the monkey temple with countless capuchin monkeys, much calmer than the other monkey temples we have visited, just lazing around feeding their young, grooming one another and having the occasional spat!

We are having pre dinner cocktails, a local restaurant is preparing a roast chicken feast for us!
