Winter sunshine

It was lovely to wake up to sunshine and frost this morning.  We met up with B & B at the Colzium Estate and had a lovely walk and a good chat over a flask of coffee and some homemade sausage rolls made from the last of the chipolatas.

It was even nicer to get back into the warmth of the car afterwards! Definitely not used to cold frosty days after all this unseasonably mild weather.   It was funny to be pulling on hats and scarves again.

I liked the dappled sunshine through the woods.   And in extras the ducks were reduced to a very small patch of the pond which was not frozen over.
