Last night

Back blipped on 4th Jan

R and family were out all day visiting friends, and Milo didn't get his usual nap - so by bedtime he was very tired.  After their bath, they settled down for a few minutes treat watching some TV, before bed and stories.

Milo was asleep almost as soon as his head hit the pillow.  Robin took a little longer.  Then mum and dad did the sorting and packing, ready for an early start the next morning.  They have two hold suitcases, one very large, but some items didn't make the cut, and have been left here for us to bring over next time we visit (which is likely to mean that they have to travel to Ireland with us first!)

In extras is a photo from the next morning - the last breakfast.  

By now they should be well on the way to Copenhagen - I'm assuming that they got off from Stansted on time, as we haven't heard anything to the contrary.

I've tidied away some of the stuff already, and the first load of washing is on.
