Today we wandered around Scar House Reservoir, beautiful light, lots of snow ….. and ice. And we met a very cheerful farmer rounding up the sheep. Probably a mistake to take the Masham road home -  very steep up - which was ok, but coming down we ended up sliding sideways down a really steep single track road. We managed to dig out a load of grit for the road, which helped no end. Quite an adventure.
