Hope

Lighter cloud first thing, then rain and back to grey skies, cold.

This morning I did another load of washing but by the time it was finished it was raining!  Drying indoors.  Made some cheese scones and a friend came round for coffee and scones, lots of talking, catching up on news. Had lunch and then walked round to K's and went for a walk to St Mary's church and home for a cup of tea.

This little stone was laid with some other larger ones in the churchyard, probably on armistice day.  It made me think of hope for peace in this troubled world
